   วันนี้ขอนำเสนอ ลาเวนเดอร์บำบัดนะค่ะ! สวัสดีค่ะทุกคน!    เคยไหมคะที่รู้สึกอยากพักจากความวุ่นวาย แล้วหาอะไรทำที่ช่วยให้ใจสงบ ?  วันนี้เราจะมาลองทำกิจกรรมง่าย ๆ แต่ได้ผลดีมาก ๆ อย่างการวาดรูปกันค่ะ และสิ่งที่เราจะวาดก็คือ ดอกลาเวนเดอร์ ( Lavender)  ที่ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องความหอมและให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายสุด ๆ ไม่ต้องกังวลว่าคุณจะวาดไม่เก่งนะคะ เพราะการวาดรูปคือการใช้เวลาอยู่กับตัวเองและสิ่งที่เรารักต่างหากค่ะ มาเริ่มกันเลย! Step  1:  The Stems ( ก้านดอก) Step  2:  The Petals ( กลีบดอก) Step  3:  Repetition is Key!
